Monthly Workouts

The Monthly Workouts will be held on every third Sunday of every month at the Waterford Dojo. It will consist of Shindo, Jiu Jitsu and Karate Trianing. The Shindo portion is for anyone involved in Shindo or wanting to be involved in Shindo.
